Our First Baby Shower!

We (baby and I) had our first shower this Saturday afternoon. It took place at Leigh's house in Corcord and not even the rain could spoil our 'garden luncheon'! We are so blessed to have such great friends and family shower us with gifts and love.
From left to right: CC, Shannon, Carrie, Elaine, Leigh, me, Sue, Erin and Noel!

Me and Noel (one of the hostesses along with Leigh) catching up on the big, comfy, sofa.

A gift from CC, it says 'Just pour Mommy some wine and I'll be fine' For those who know me well, this is very funny............................ (because it's true).

Me and Elaine showing off our bellys. Elaine is due December 23rd but is known to deliver early so we could have babies on the same day!

Thanks to everyone for coming, I had a great day!!!

Ben turned 3 on Sunday! We had pizza, cake and ice cream. But Ben wasn't the only one who got presents. I went home with lots of necessary baby gadgets! Thank you Auntie Paula and Uncle Hap!!!

Ben had 2 cakes, chocolate AND yellow! decisions, decisions..............

Girl Bonding!!

We had a girl's weekend in Atwater this weekend. Of the 4 of us, Lisa and I are pregnant and Dena just had a baby boy! Some serious hormones all under the same roof. I think Deb might have gotten some hormonal cross contamination. A big thanks to Dave, Dena's husband for being such a good sport!

I am 27 weeks and Lisa is 21weeks.

How many girls do you see in this picture?? Nope, there are actually 6!!

Dena's beautiful baby boy Charlie has 2 new girlfriends in the way!

Sweet Pea's first hike in Big Sur

Well ok, not really. But we did talk to her while we hiked!

Here we are at the start, both happy and full of energy

Still early on, feeling pretty confident I could hike all day. Silly me......

This is Mac after making the big climb.....

And this is me after.......... In immediate need of a seat, water, and some shade!
So Mac and I agreed, "I carried her this time, YOU carry her next time!"

We better register for a good baby backpack!
